Player Rating Sheet
Due October 27, 2024

Player ratings are crucial for AYSO1079 because they help ensure balanced teams and fair competition across the league. By assessing each player's skill level, coaches and organizers can create evenly matched teams that promote a positive experience for all participants. Player ratings contribute to AYSO's commitment to the "Everyone Plays" philosophy, allowing players of all abilities to enjoy the game while developing their skills in a supportive environment. This system also helps foster teamwork and sportsmanship, as no one team is disproportionately advantaged, leading to a more enjoyable and inclusive soccer experience for everyone involved.

Volunteer Points Report
Due October 27, 2024

Coaches, it is crucial to encourage parents to get involved and help your team accrue volunteer points, as the number of points earned and reported will directly affect your team's seeding in the Bill Berliner Memorial Cup Fall Tournament. By engaging parents in various volunteer roles, such as field setup, team management, or snack duty, you not only foster a strong sense of community but also ensure that your team is positioned for the best possible tournament outcome. Their support makes a significant difference, and the more volunteer points your team accumulates, the better your chances of a favorable seed in the tournament.

With a few simple steps, you'll have the goal ready for action, providing a reliable target for our young players to hone their skills and enjoy the game.

10U/12U Fold A Goal Video
DO NOT slide the netting off the crossbar when you take the goals down.  Please rethread net if you do this so the next person does not have too.

If you are having trouble, please get help.

When putting goals away do NOT wrap net around the goal.  This leads to the net becoming tangled.  Simply put the goal in the bag and then lay the net on top.

Do NOT put corner flags in the bag with the goal.
