Entry Tent Volunteers (No experience required for this volunteer opportunity.)
Tent Sign up Shifts are located here. (COMING SOON)Tent Shift Volunteer Duties:
- Greet players, families and guests
- Maintain a safe entrance with hand sanitizer, clean table
- Have soccer field maps on table along with the team schedules
- Direct all individuals to the correct fields
- Collect Lost and Found items
- Contact the Board Member on site with any concerns
- If there is an injury, contact our Safety Coordinator and assist as needed.
- Arrive 5 minutes before time slot starts
- Prepare the next volunteer with any important information
- Bring personal water with you and a chair if you would like to sit while at the tent.
